RUFFED GROUSE & SPRUCE GROUSE HUNTING: Ruffed and Spruce Grouse are very common in the area. Hunting these game birds is getting more and more popular each year as hunters are starting to realize how enjoyable a long walk in the deep wilderness can be while hunting down these birds. There is also lots of other small game in the area such as rabbit and partridge with duck and goose in the fall.
